Avoid the Flu Naturally

The media has run ablaze with Swine Flu warnings everywhere.  The World Health Organization has already classified it as a level 6 pandemic and they are currently fast-tracking a vaccine without any safety testing. 
Ask Yourself This Question:  Should I inject myself with a vaccine that has:
1.      Never Been Tested For Safety:  Vaccine manufacturers have been sued for billions of $ for side effects they knew existed.  New laws grant these same manufacturers immunity from lawsuits if they have no record of side effects.  So there is fiscal and legal incentive for them to fast-track and do limited safety studies.  Meanwhile, you become the guinea pig.
2.      Thimeresol:  Are you kidding me.  This preservative contains mercury (the 2nd most toxic substance in the world) and has been proven to cause autism & other neurological disorders.  Thousands of lawsuits over the last 10 years alone have involved this ingredient. 
3.       Squalene:  This immune adjuvant (stimulator) has been very strongly linked to auto-immune disorders and Gulf War Syndrome.
Truth:  The Swine Flu is actually a milder strain of the flu virus.  It is important to note that nearly all suspected new cases have been reported as mild. Preliminary scientific evidence is also pointing out that this virus is NOT as potent as initially thought.
Wired Magazine reported on May 4 that Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory computer scientists did not find similarities between swine flu and historical strains that spread widely, with catastrophic effect. Their findings are based on just one complete sample and several fragmentary samples of swine flu, but fit with two other early analyses.
10 Steps To Boosting Your Immune System Naturally
1.      Eat Clean:    The average individual takes in high levels of 15-30 manmade toxins from their diet every day.  According to the EPA, 60% of herbicides, 90% of fungicides, & 30% of insecticides are known to be carcinogenic.  On the EPA site, it shows that lab studies reveal that pesticides can cause health problems such as birth defects, nerve damage, cancer, & blocking the absorption of important food nutrients necessary for normal healthy growth in children as well as many other long-term problems.                                                                                                                            
2.      Reduce Sugar Intake:  High sugar and carbohydrate intake increases insulin secretion, leading to inflammation and decreased immune responses.  Sugar is also the preferred fuel for bacteria, viruses, candida, & cancer. 
  1. Increase Sun Exposure:  The sun charges every cell in our body.  For good health, we have to plug in.   The sun’s rays naturally stimulate vitamin D synthesis within our liver.  This creates a powerful pro-hormone molecule that triggers immunity, enhances cognitive function, & releases endorphin release to block pain, & unpleasant stimuli. 
  1. Balance Your Fatty Acid Ratios:  Disproportionate ratios of omega 6:3 fatty acids causes big problems at the cellular level, leading to inflammation and immune dysfunction. 
  1. Optimize Your Oxygen Levels:  Healthy oxygen levels in cells and tissues = increased energy for movement, but more importantly, for immune function.  Practice deep breathing, burst training, & postural exercises to improve oxygenation.

Optimize Hydration:  Fluid is the medium by which all cellular interaction takes place.  In order to heal effectively, each cell must be fully soaked in water and have the proper ratio of electrolytes.  Pure water and crystal salts from volcanic lakes are extremely critical for optimizing hydration levels and providing cellular energy.  Drink at least half your body weight in water minimum each day.
